About the Role

As a Stylist, you act as the ultimate brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You'll share your extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with styling recommendations. By truly listening to their needs, you guide customers to find styles that suit their multifaceted lives.

You will collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, provide personalized customer experiences, and support an always‑inviting environment on the sales floor.

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style customers.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship‑based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

• Minimum 1 year of Sales Associate or customer‑focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
• Initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Pay range: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (USD)
