We are seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Account Executive to join our Massachusetts Sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills, build client relationships, and contribute to our company's growth in a dynamic environment. • Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach efforts
• Engage with prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present our offerings
• Collaborate with team members to develop tailored sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
• Assist in achieving team sales targets and contribute to overall department goals
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training sessions
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong desire to develop a career in sales and business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn new skills
• Basic proficiency with computers and CRM software is a plus

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
• Familiarity with the New York market or industry-specific knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment
