Full-Time Team Member – Sales, Hospitality & Member Experience | The Picklr Looking for a full-time role where you can enjoy your day and work in the afternoon? As a team member, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving memberships, supporting operations, and building lasting relationships.

What You'll DoDeliver a high-energy, professional front desk and guest check-in experience

Process transactions, manage POS systems, and answer member inquiries

Lead engaging facility tours and drive membership sales through consultative conversations

Assist with scheduling and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments

Support retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventory restocking

Maintain cleanliness and organization across the facility, including food and beverage areas

Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and community engagement

Support daily operations and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
