Summary
Provide personalized fashion guidance and service to customers in the Women's Apparel department. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in‑store and digital selling.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in‑store and digital selling tools.
- Build lasting customer relationships and provide helpful service and confident style and fit advice.
- Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
- Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
- Work flexibly across departments and perform physical tasks, including lifting merchandise.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Strong interest in networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Ability to remain in motion for extended shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
