Summary

The Retail Sales Associate helps customers find products and provides confident, personalized service in the Home Department. The role includes in-store and digital selling, relationship building, and maintaining a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide honest feedback about products and fit.
• Develop product knowledge and support customer service on customers' terms.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Open new rewards accounts and assist in other departments as needed.
