Summary
The Salesperson helps customers find products that suit their style and needs, building lasting relationships through in-store and digital selling. This seasonal role supports sales goals and maintains a customer-ready department.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
- Build customer relationships and provide honest guidance on style and fit.
- Develop product and fashion knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and keep the department clean.
- Work flexibly across departments and schedules as business needs require.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
- Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
