Installation Supervisor – Commercial Refrigeration/Construction
Location:
Charlotte, NC Pay: $35–$50/hr ($80,000 base DOE)
Schedule:
Full-time | Travel required | Overnight & multi-day projects common

They are looking for you, an experienced Installation Supervisor who thrives in the field, enjoys managing teams, and can oversee the successful delivery of refrigeration installation projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term career potential.
What You Get To Do:• Lead commercial refrigeration installation projects from planning to completion
• Supervise crews of Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices
• Forecast manpower needs and manage schedules
• Oversee procurement, permits, and jobsite logistics
• Act as the go-to technical expert for supermarket refrigeration systems
• Ensure safety compliance and customer satisfaction
• 5+ years in commercial refrigeration installation or construction
• 2+ years as a Foreman or supervisor (supermarket refrigeration strongly preferred)
• Hands-on experience with rack refrigeration systems (not HVAC)
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and P&L management
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel across multiple states
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or degree is a plus
• Competitive Pay: $35–$50/hr + overtime
