. We are building next‑generation, AI‑infused healthcare solutions for healthcare organizations. The Clinical Experience Lead will drive the development and deployment of AI‑led diagnostic solutions that enhance radiologist workflows and improve patient outcomes.
- Support AI model development and evaluation: collaborate with research teams to define guidelines, benchmark requirements, test and improve model outputs, monitor drift, and provide clinical annotation and feedback.
- Engage with end users to gather and analyze feedback, drive product adoption, and represent HLS Diagnostics at industry events.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product, research, design, and support to translate radiology workflow insights into actionable product improvements.
- Maintain regulatory awareness and compliance, integrating evolving industry regulations into product development.
- Coordinate priorities and work direction across the Clinical SME team.
- Embody Microsoft’s culture and values.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- Current knowledge of health documentation standards and radiology reporting workflows.
- Experience in a radiology reporting setting, including image interpretation and report authorship.
- BC/BE Radiologist or equivalent, and/or 4+ years of experience as a medical professional in a radiology reporting setting.
- Healthcare AI or related technology experience, including AI prompt engineering with LLMs.
- Proven program management skills, managing risks and driving positive business outcomes in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and driving innovation through rapid iteration.
- Experience sourcing and applying medical guidelines to medical AI development.
- Supplemental education or equivalent experience in healthcare AI, healthcare technology, or IT.
- Commitment to a collaborative product culture that encourages respectful challenge and rapid progress.
- Must meet Microsoft’s security screening requirements, including passing a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
Base salary range: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (US). In the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan areas, the range is USD $158,400 – $258,000 per year. Additional benefits and compensation details are available through the Microsoft Careers portal.
