Overview
Fall 2026 Co-op – Data Engineering at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (KDP), Burlington, MA. You will be part of a supportive, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces some of KDP’s most recognized beverages. You will have real responsibilities and growth opportunities as you contribute to ongoing success. We are looking for a Data Engineer who can develop ETL data pipelines to collect data from multiple sources, process the data, and leverage it to meet various business requirements.
The candidate should have sound knowledge in SQL scripting.

Schedule:
- The KDP 2026 Fall Co-op Program runs July 13 – December 11, 2026
- Location:
Burlington, MA - Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Hybrid;
In office Tuesday-Thursday
- Create and develop optimal data pipelines using ETL tools
- Develop complex SQL scripts to process and retrieve data from data warehouses
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements
- Optimize data delivery and data pipelines to process big data
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Engineering & Product Management to address data-related needs
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Mentor support for professional development
- Meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other leaders
- Professional development training in networking, skills development, and presenting
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it to your team, department, and senior leaders
- $31.00/hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
- Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time academic program, majoring in Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
- Available to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8-5) in Burlington, MA
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Advanced SQL scripting, relational and No
SQL databases, and query authoring - Build and optimize big data pipelines and data sets
- Perform root cause analysis on data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience transforming, processing, and extracting data from large data warehouses
- Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal)
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
- Ability to create reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Knowledge in developing machine learning data models
