Job OverviewAs a Fall 2026 Co‑op – Ecommerce in Burlington, MA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be part of the beverage revolution. You will be working in a supportive, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces some of KDP’s most recognized beverages in the industry. Shift/ Schedule
- The KDP 2026 Fall Co-op Program will run from July 13 – December 11, 2026
- Location:
Burlington, MA - Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Hybrid; in office Tuesday – Thursday
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain features for web‑based e‑commerce applications.
- Work with front‑end frameworks such as React (or React‑Native) to implement customer‑facing user interfaces.
- Gain experience using JavaScript/Type Script and modern development practices, including code reviews, version control (Git), and agile workflows.
- Assist in building and testing back‑end services (Node.js, Express, or similar) and connecting them to databases (SQL/No
SQL). - Learn to integrate with third‑party e‑commerce APIs and services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers).
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application performance and reliability.
- Follow established software development standards and contribute to documentation to ensure consistency across the team.
- Engage in team stand‑ups, sprint planning, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to understand how large‑scale e‑commerce systems are built and operated.
- Engage and partner on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team environment.
- Receive mentor support for your professional development.
- Participate in meet & greet and lunch & learn sessions with KDP executives and other organization leaders.
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development, and presenting.
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business.
- $31.00 per hour
- Paid bi‑weekly
- $5,000.00 sign‑on bonus, paid within the first 30 days of employment
- Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science or another Software Engineering related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross‑functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
