Hourly Rate
: $25.00/hr
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments in compliance with SOPs and quality standards
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, including materials requiring temperature control and chain-of-custody documentation
- Manage inventory levels through cycle counts and assist with physical inventories to maintain stock accuracy
- Ensure proper storage of materials, including temperature-sensitive and controlled substances, adhering to all regulatory and company guidelines
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including general housekeeping and waste disposal
- Coordinate with vendors for waste removal and recycling services as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) if certified and authorized
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and facilitating inspections
- Assist other departments as needed to support operational goals, including occasional off-hour shifts
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or materials handling experience, preferably in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device)
- Experience with inventory management systems and basic computer skills
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain compliance with SOPs and cGMP requirements
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday
- Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed primarily in a warehouse setting with cleanroom compliance requirements
- May require standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials regularly
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required as per company policy
