Client Service Lead

Canon U.S.A. seeks a Client Service Lead to oversee transactional print and mail operations for key enterprise clients. In this role, you will be the primary client contact, managing day-to-day service delivery, SLAs, and production schedules while coordinating with operations, IT, and production teams. You will analyze volume trends, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement in quality, turnaround, and cost.
