PLM Process Analyst
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PLM Process Analyst to support and drive execution of product lifecycle processes within the Merchant Import Operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating portfolio workflows, maintaining visibility to product development initiatives, and supporting prioritization and governance processes. The Associate Manager plays a key role in ensuring that cross-functional inputs are consolidated, timelines are tracked, and leadership has clear visibility into execution status.
This role operates at the center of execution—driving coordination, insights, and process adherence while influencing cross-functional teams.
A Day In The Life
- Maintain trackers for in-flight and pipeline PD initiatives
- Provide updates on progress, upcoming demand, and key risks
- Highlight gaps, tradeoffs, and capacity issues to leadership
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across portfolio reporting
- Coordinate logistics and materials for seasonal prioritization cycles
- Consolidate inputs across Merchandising, Planning, and cross-functional teams
- Maintain the rolling PD pipeline (12–18 months)
- Prepare presentations and materials for leadership reviews
- Maintain and update the production calendar and milestone tracking tools
- Track deliverables and ensure alignment to timelines
- Follow up with teams to drive on-time completion of milestones
- Facilitate working sessions and track action items across teams
- Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Creative, and Marketing teams
- Document workflows, tools, and processes
- Prepare and maintain reporting related to Product Development initiatives, portfolio performance, project status, and key business metrics.
- Compile and analyze data related to owned brands, licensed brands, and royalty programs to identify trends, variances, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities.
You'll Come With
Bachelor's degree required. Preferred fields of study include Product Development, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 3+ years in product development, brand management, retail operations, supply chain, or related field
- Experience in project coordination, reporting, or process management
- Exposure to cross-functional workflows and seasonal planning cycles
- Advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
