Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety performance.
  • Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with applicable codes, regulations, and contract requirements.
  • Support client relationships through proactive communication and problem‑solving.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of construction management, owner's representative, project management, or construction administration experience.
  • Experience managing commercial, municipal, infrastructure, educational, healthcare, or public‑sector projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and construction contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Preferred Experience
  • Municipal and public works projects.
  • Infrastructure improvements and capital improvement programs.
  • Educational, healthcare, and government facilities.
  • Construction administration and inspection services.
  • Scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience serving as an owner's representative or construction consultant.
