Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
Our client is seeking an Administrative Temp/Customer Service Coordinator in Burlington, NJ. This role represents the organization to customers by providing information, responding to inquiries, and troubleshooting product problems. The candidate typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager, works under close supervision, and handles level 1 call types. Responsibilities include ensuring all calls are answered and entered into the system timely, and providing the best possible customer service.

- Two workers:
Monday‑Friday 10:00‑15:00 ET - One worker:
Monday‑Friday 09:00‑13:00 ET - One worker:
Monday‑Thursday 09:30‑13:30 ET
- Receiving and responding to a large number of incoming requests; identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction; building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Documenting customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Maintaining schedule adherence and accurately tracking non‑ACD time using appropriate Aux codes.
- Placing parts and supply orders, providing price quotes, RMAs, debits, credits, Web Store enrollments, and performing basic trouble‑shooting.
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Less than one year of related experience.
