Role SummaryThe Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as a single point of contact for Radial clients, managing day‑to‑day communications between assigned client groups and Radial for all fulfillment needs. The CSR interacts with clients and site leadership on a daily basis, primarily via email, phone, and text, and handles all operational inquiries, reporting, and KPI tracking in support of the fulfillment Site Director.
Responsibilities- Primary contact for customers related to all operational inquiries, reporting, and KPIs in support of the fulfillment Site Director.
- Assist customers in resolving all questions and issues.
- Troubleshoot root cause for both operational and systemic issues, escalating and communicating internally as required.
- Make sound business decisions and resolve escalated customer issues professionally.
- Track, report, and suggest improvements regarding the impact of policies and procedures on the customer experience, and communicate these to site leadership.
- Provide exceptional service via phone, email, chat, and text.
- Process requests in customer service, escalation, and other queues correctly and efficiently.
- Manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Follow up on status of issues forwarded to other Radial personnel to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly; solve issues through research and collaboration as much as possible.
- Assist with floor support.
- Maintain a high level of customer knowledge (forecast, product, policies, procedures, promotions).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in a warehouse setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills within the company and with customers.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of department processes and SOPs.
- Collaborative approach and excellent problem‑solving ability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Superior written and oral communication skills, coupled with technical acumen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Flexibility to work a non‑traditional year‑round schedule, including extended hours.
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal instructions.
- Must possess capability to walk or stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, and grasp products.
- This position is not remote.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.
