- Strong foundational understanding of Performance Engineering concepts

Exact job title (if not in beeline): Principal Performance Engineer
Background and experience: 8+ years in a performance engineering role, experience leading projects.
Support area: Fungible resource within Performance Engineering.
Interview process: Phone Screen and 2 rounds of interviews. No Test.
Working hours/time zone: 8-5 EST.
Remote/hybrid/onsite: Remote.
Contract duration: 1 Year.
Training: There is product training available, will embed with a project team to learn our process.
Day-to-day responsibilities: Writing Test plans, implementing, and running automated tests, doing bottleneck analysis, writing reports on findings.
Interview scheduling: Fluid, afternoons are generally less busy.
Supplier call: Yes.
