Next Step Coaching & Counseling Services is a New Jersey-based mental health agency committed to supporting individuals, children, couples, and families in achieving emotional and psychological well‑being. Our licensed professionals utilize evidence-based practices to provide personalized therapeutic services, including individual therapy, behavioral assistance, couples counseling, and life coaching. Responsibilities include providing direct behavioral and emotional support to clients, implementing therapeutic strategies, and collaborating with a team of mental health professionals to promote the well‑being of clients. The Behavioral Assistant will document progress, maintain confidentiality, and adapt interventions based on individual client needs.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions and experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges
• Ability to collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement effective client care plans
• Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining client confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience in behavioral health or related roles is advantageous
• Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact in clients’ lives
