Responsibilities include providing direct behavioral and emotional support to clients, implementing therapeutic strategies, and collaborating with a team of mental health professionals to promote the well‑being of clients. The Behavioral Assistant will document progress, maintain confidentiality, and adapt interventions based on individual client needs.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Knowledge of behavioral interventions and experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges
- Ability to collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement effective client care plans
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining client confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in behavioral health or related roles is advantageous
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact in clients’ lives
