Vice President Of Operations
Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a nationwide Manufacturing company that is experiencing a growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a Vice President of Operations role near Louisville, KY. The VP of Operations will lead operational transformation, team development, and enterprise strategy.

Louisville, KY
VP Duties:
- Direct all functions at the plant including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to craft long-term business strategy
- Drive day-to-day operations while building a strong culture and executing long-term goals
VP
Qualifications:
- Master's Preferred
- 15+ years of management/directing experience
- 5+ years of senior level management
- 5+ years of manufacturing management experience
- Experience in leading and inspiring a high quality team
VP Compensation:
- Competitive salary- $200k+
