Packaging Supervisor

Title: Packaging Supervisor - Manufacturer

Location: Burlington, NJ

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 + Great Benefits package

• Manage daily packaging operations, including line setup, workflow coordination, and changeovers to meet production schedules.
• Ensure all finished products meet internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members to maintain productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, perform basic maintenance, and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and labor records.
• Collaborate with planning or supply chain functions to review schedules and improve efficiency.
• Review custom or specialized production jobs for accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency and waste reduction.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials.
• Provide supervisory coverage across different shifts, as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior operations leadership.

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, with prior supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate packaging equipment and inventory systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude; experience in converting processes or printing environments is a plus.
