Position: Dialysis Manager
Location: Willingboro, NJ
Schedule: Full Time 4 / 10 hour shifts a week (depends on patient needs)Compensation: $92,000 - $135,000(based on years of experience)

The Dialysis Manager at Select Medical is a working manager role that offers the best of both worlds. The manager role allows the opportunity to grow your leadership skills with management of a small HD department while maintaining the dialysis skill set by actively participating in clinical care.
As a Dialysis Manager, and in collaboration with physicians, you will ensure the plan of care for the patient population.
- Assuming responsibility for the overall functions and professional growth of the department.
- Performs dialysis based on staffing requirements
- Facilitates adherence to policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provides consultation with regard to renal disorders and dialysis practice, and facilitates the achievement of maximum therapeutic care potential for patients.
- Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the dialysis department in accordance with Select Medical policies and procedures, CMS/state rules, regulations, and TJC standards.
- Practices within scope of professional license.
- Responsible for developing and initiating improvements in the department in delivery of high quality, cost effective patient care specifically related to dialysis related care and outcomes.
- Responsible for clinical practice, budgetary personnel activities, and regulatory activities associated with the dialysis department.
- Works in partnership with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to support the dialysis program.
- Responsible for ensuring the very best patient/family experience, and creates a positive work environment through respect, mutual support, and cooperation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid State RN License.
- Valid BLS. ACLS required within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN preferred
- 3 years of clinical dialysis experience preferred
- Dialysis management or administrative experienced preferred
