FLORENCE TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DISTRICT ANTICIPATED VACANCY:
School Nurse Dates
July 15, 2026 through August 15, 2026
HoursUp to 4 hours, as needed
Salary$45.00 per hour
QualificationsFlorence Township School district is seeking a qualified school nurse to assist in reviewing and verifying student athletic forms for the school year.
Responsibilities- Review student athletic forms and registrations for completion and accuracy
- Verify required medical documentation for student‑athlete participation
- Review information in Genesis related to athletic registration and health documentation
- Communicate with administration, the athletic department, and the school physician, as needed
- Assist with ensuring student‑athlete documentation is organized and ready for the start of the athletic season
- Maintain confidentiality of student health information.
- Valid New Jersey School Nurse Certificate
- Knowledge of athletic forms, student health documentation, and school medical clearance procedures
- Experience using Genesis or similar student information systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with school physician and athletic office
