Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the RN Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs that support nursing staff competency, compliance, and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities for RN Educator:- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff to ensure clinical competence and regulatory compliance.
- Provide orientation and onboarding education for new nursing employees.
- Conduct ongoing in‑service training on clinical skills, policies, procedures, and best practices in resident care.
- Assess staff learning needs and develop targeted training programs to address knowledge gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate staff competency and provide coaching or remediation as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory survey preparedness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of training, competencies, and educational activities.
- Utilize PCC (Point Click Care ) systems to support documentation, training, and reporting needs.
- Support a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence across the nursing team.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or related healthcare setting required.
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) required.
