• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance while implementing strategies to maximize dealership profitability.
• Coach and mentor the sales team through ongoing training, performance management, and product knowledge development.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Assist in desking deals, structuring transactions, and working closely with the Finance Department to ensure seamless deal flow.
• Oversee inventory presentation, merchandising, and vehicle pricing strategies.
• Manage customer follow-up processes and help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and dealership metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard top sales talent to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a leadership role within a dealership.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
