Safeguard, patrol, and monitor buildings, grounds, and property to protect lives and property and prevent theft, fire, vandalism, and unauthorized entry;
Assist visitors, patients, vendors, and staff providing excellent customer service and a positive experience;
Conduct weapon screening at public entrances using approved technology;
Monitor alarms and security cameras;
Provide directions and escorts to visitors, vendors, patients, and staff within and outside facilities and parking areas;
Verify staff s and ensure public obtain proper , passes, and badges; fabricate s as needed;
Respond to emergency situations such as CODE Security and CODE RED alerts; serve as first level operations responder;
Respond to hazardous/chemical spills and use specialized equipment as required
