Staffing Onsite Forklift Trainer

We are looking for a Staffing Onsite Forklift Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in training, evaluating, and certifying forklift operators while helping maintain a safe and productive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on forklift experience and a background in warehouse leadership, supervision, or team training.

Shift: 1st Shift Monday thru Friday 10am-6:30pm (must be flexible with hours)

Salary: Weekly salary starting $800 per week

Location: Burlington, NJ

What will you be doing as aStaffing Forklift Trainer?

• Conduct hands‐on forklift operator training for new hires and current employees.
• Administer evaluations and certify operators deemed competent.
• Evaluate trainee performance through written tests and practical driving assessments.
• Deliver safety rules and equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate training records, test results, and certification expiration dates.
• Participate in trainings and meetings
• Perform daily safety observations and production walk-throughs

What do you need to get hired?

• Background in warehouse lead or supervision is needed
• Prior forklift experience
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a must
• Ability work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
• Staffing or onsite experience a plus!
• Ability to constantly walk throughout the shift
• Be able to pass preboarding screenings
• Reliable transportation
