Premiere Behavioral Supports serves clients in the South Jersey area. Our company provides in‑home supportive services for developmentally disabled adults aged 21 and older, helping them learn everyday tasks, cope with social challenges, and pursue independence with the support of highly skilled professionals who value client well‑being.

• Provide support to developmentally disabled adults with interpersonal, social, and communication challenges.
• Deliver one‑on‑one skill‑building interventions.
• Build rapport with adults who have a developmental disability.
• Complete all necessary documentation.
• Plan and incorporate community‑based activities and programs.
• Communicate openly and without judgment.
• Establish a relationship based on shared responsibility and respect.
• Show interest in the needs and concerns of people with barriers to success.
• Apply practical problem‑solving skills and suggest options and alternatives.
• Support clients through ongoing one‑to‑one sessions.
• Serve as a positive role model.
• Assist clients in setting goals for academic and personal success.
• Build self‑esteem and motivation for the client.
• Complete all required training by the due date.

• CPR/First Aid certified.

Job Type: Part‑time

Pay: $23.10 per hour

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Experience: Behavior management: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Burlington, NJ

• Education:
  
  High school diploma, GED, or higher education degree.
• Experience:
  
  Six months of previous professional work experience with a person with a developmental disability.

All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing (under 5 points), valid car insurance, and a pre‑employment drug screening. All hired candidates will be expected to cooperate with Premier Behavioral Supports and the Department of Human Services in all inspections and investigations.
