Center For Family Services is seeking a full time Senior Lead Case Manager for its Juntos Program. The Senior Lead Case Manager is responsible for coordinating case management and safe and timely release services, supervising care management staff and practices. He or she assesses the needs of unaccompanied children in care, develops Individual Service Plans, screens for human trafficking concerns, facilitates the safe and timely release or discharge of children and youth, and documents the provision of services in case files.

• Provides direct counseling and case management services.
• Meets regularly with supervisor and participates in other continuing professional development opportunities.
• Contributes on agency committees and special tasks, promotes a sense of agency with co-workers and staff, and communicates in ways that support agency mission and values.
• Completes documentation and other reporting requirements.

May perform specialized activities and functions specific to program.

• Master's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields; or bachelor's degree and at least three years’ progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
• Two years’ experience counseling high-risk youth and families, one-year experience in providing case management and family reunification services.
• Excellent driving skills and clean driving record.
• Be a licensed driver for at least three years.
• Bi-lingual language fluency in both English and Spanish.
