Bancroft in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for an overnight full-time role. The DSP will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them develop daily living skills and maintain independence.
You will work Sunday through Wednesday 11pm–9am in our Adult Residential North program, join a collaborative team, and participate in personalized care plans, events, and community activities to enrich residents' lives.
