Cowan Systems, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Driver Onboarding and Success Coach to support new drivers as the first line of contact. You’ll advocate for drivers, provide guidance, and resolve inquiries to ensure smooth onboarding.
The role focuses on orienting new hires, coordinating with fleet managers, and ensuring drivers have all needed contact information and resources before they start. Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with a culture of safety and teamwork.
