Job Description
Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Schedule:
3:30PM - 12:45AM. Must be flexible with hours during initial startup; will work 40 hours weekly.
- Manage on-site forklift workers in warehouse
- Coordinate onboarding and trainings for PIT equipment
- Support employees and act as the on-site point of contact
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Previous managerial/supervisory experience
- Strong people skills - you enjoy building connections
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently onsite
Pay: $54k-$56k/year + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/life/accidental insurance, PTO)
