The forklift operator plays a key role in inbound replenishment operations by unloading products from trucks, accurately storing them in designated locations, and supporting order fulfillment activities. You will operate reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment with confidence from day one, helping to maintain efficient warehouse flow, accurate inventory, and a clean, safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound trucks and move product to appropriate storage locations using reach trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Use material handling equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks to locate, transport, and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
• Assist with staging and loading customer orders into trucks to support timely and accurate deliveries.
• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers, ensuring items match packing lists and quality standards.
• Use packing list information to accurately pick items for customer orders, including building, stacking, and securely wrapping pallets.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear, damage, or defects and promptly notify leadership of inventory issues or discrepancies.
• Return misplaced or mislocated products to their proper storage areas to maintain organized and efficient inventory.
• Perform inventory control functions as needed, including counting, verifying, and recording stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Follow well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques while exercising sound judgment under general supervision.
• Refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor and collaborate with coworkers for guidance.
• Work safely around moving machinery, equipment, and other warehouse hazards, adhering to all safety rules and practices.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Burlington, NJ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
