Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area, ensuring neatness and conformance to standards
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to handle merchandise safely
• Track and log all activities concerning inventory control, transportation, and logistics
• Prepare products for shipping by wrapping items securely and preparing shipping labels
• Coordinate with logistics staff to ensure proper shipment processes
• Assist in inventory audits and maintain accurate records for all items in the warehouse
• Follow all safety protocols and standards within the warehouse environment

Required Skills

• Proven ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manually handle materials, potentially lifting up to 50 lbs
• Basic understanding of inventory management software
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to interact with team members and management
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
