The Accounting Manager supports the Finance department by overseeing core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, and supporting the organization’s financial operations.

This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity, support month-end close, and contribute to process improvements across accounting and reporting functions.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and supporting schedules
• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and operational alignment
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency within accounting functions

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Experience:
  
  3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry; experience supporting financial close processes and reconciliations
• Skills & Abilities:
  Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting; high attention to detail and accuracy; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Sage preferred); ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (Exempt)
