Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Executive Assistant to join our team in Burlington, North Carolina or Durham, North Carolina.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET
Location:
This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three to four in-office days in either our Burlington, NC or Durham, NC office and one to two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
- Provide administrative support to multiple Finance Leadership Team members
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive schedules
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports; process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative transactions
- Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, materials, minutes, and action item follow-up
- Manage administrative support for leadership and investor-related meetings, including materials, logistics, scheduling, and documentation
- Coordinate conference rooms, meeting technology, onboarding activities, and office supply management
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation
- Anticipate executive needs and drive process improvements that enhance team effectiveness and efficiency
- High school or GED with 5 or more years of administrative experience in a corporate or executive environment
- Associate’s degree
- Prior experience supporting senior management SVP and/or C-Suite level Executives
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate with minimal supervision, while exercising good judgment on when and how to elevate issues.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to draft correspondence and reports for executive audiences.
Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
