* This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a schedule, with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This  
** hybrid
* * schedule includes a  
** minimum of three
** in-office days per week in Burlington, NC (Wednesdays are mandatory) supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Up to 20% travel may be required based on project needs. Must be able to support all time zones as needed.

Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, or additional days, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

* + Support the Global Supply Chain Senior Leadership Team (GSC-SLT) through the development and administration of team processes, tools, and procedures that improve organizational effectiveness and consistency.

+ Coordinate leadership team workflows, recurring deliverables, and standardization initiatives to enhance collaboration, communication, and execution across Global Supply Chain.

+ Partner with GSC leadership and key internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, meeting preparation, communications, and organizational priorities.
