Labcorp is seeking a  
** Customer Experience Intern

** team located remotely (Indianapolis, Indiana).

* Job Responsibilities:

*
* + Support customer experience initiatives through customer feedback analysis, reporting, and insight generation.

+ Assist with customer journey mapping activities, including research, workshop preparation, and documentation.

+ Help develop presentations, communications, and materials that support customer experience programs and culture initiatives.

+ Analyze customer, operational, and survey data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement recommendations.

+ Support the maintenance of CX resources, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge repositories.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that improve customer satisfaction and business performance

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* + Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field.

** Additional Job Standards:*
* + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in understanding customer needs and business performance.

+ Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

+ Interest in customer experience, human-centered design, service design, market research, or business improvement.

+ Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

+ Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* The Central Labs Customer Experience Team partners across the business to better understand customer needs and improve experiences across the end-to-end customer journey. We use research, customer feedback, journey mapping, analytics, and employee insights to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and support a customer-centric culture. As an intern, you will gain exposure to strategic business initiatives while working on projects that help improve experiences for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare customers around the world
