Intern – Project Specialist

• Observe and analyze denial operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) inventory management and validation activities
• Assist with developing and maintaining reporting solutions and automated workflows
• Analyze operational data and contribute to reporting, process improvement initiatives, and special projects
• Support revenue cycle operations by improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, enhancing visibility into denial management, and improving data accuracy

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program
• Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow billing procedures
• Eagerness to learn new corporate billing and denial processes
• Initiative and ability to work independently under general supervision
• Genuine interest in corporate billing processes and reporting
• Maintains professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Actively participates in training sessions and applies newly learned skills accordingly
• Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar technologies
• Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply

Demonstrates strong analytical skills in operational processes and reporting, with a focus on improving efficiency and data accuracy in corporate billing and denial management. Proficient in utilizing business intelligence tools to support data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
