Cogentanalytics is seeking an Electrical Construction Estimator to study plans, develop detailed cost estimates, and manage vendor bids for competitive proposals. You will read specs, perform takeoffs, and prepare BOMs while coordinating with engineers and project managers to finalize bids.
Strong experience in Accubid/Live Count, reading construction drawings, and knowledge of electrical codes is required. 4+ years in this role are preferred, with on-site responsibilities in the Burlington, NC
