Eanes Heating and Air, a growing HVAC and Plumbing company, is seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) at our High Point, NC location. The role schedules and dispatches technicians, handles customer calls, and ensures accurate ticket data entry in our systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years in office/customer service, strong computer skills, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with Service Titan. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.
