Customer Service Advisor – Join Our Team!
Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you love helping people, have a passion for cars, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:
- Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
- Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.
- Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts.
- Ability to work days Monday through Saturday with a day off, and a few holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
- Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
