Providence Outdoors is growing, and we're looking for someone who believes childhood is meant to be filled with wonder, adventure, meaningful work, and time in God's creation.

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves spending most days outdoors in every season.
• Enjoys helping children discover the beauty, rhythms, and lessons found in nature.
• Can confidently share the philosophy behind nature-based education and forest schools with interested families.
• Loves Jesus and desires to model a life centered on His purpose and calling.
• Sees this as more than a job and is interested in building a long-term career within a Christ-centered community.

Our outdoor classrooms are filled with exploration, stewardship, animal care, gardening, hiking, problem-solving, and joyful discovery. Every day is an opportunity to help children build confidence, resilience, curiosity, and a deeper appreciation for God's creation.
