Responsibilities
- Define and govern the security architecture, access model, and controls framework for the Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud environment
- Establish and lead the Security and Controls strategy for Oracle Fusion ERP
- Create and govern enterprise‑wide role‑based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) frameworks
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert for ERP security and Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities
- Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of ERP roles, privileges, and security policies
- Establish and oversee ERP security change management processes
- Align identity lifecycle management and provisioning with Identity and Access Management and Compliance teams
- Oversee quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, including planning, testing coordination, and regression testing
- Serve as the senior owner and administrator for Oracle Risk Management Cloud
- Lead Oracle Advanced Access Controls (AAC) deployment for segregation of duties modeling and monitoring
- Direct Application Financial Controls (AFC) continuous monitoring activities
- Govern Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC) compliance programs
- Drive automation and analytics initiatives to enhance control effectiveness
- Lead SOX, IT General Controls (ITGC), and internal and external audit support activities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of ERP security and controls experience
- 4 years of Oracle Fusion ERP security experience
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including AAC, AFC, and FRC
- Oracle certifications
- CPA, CIA, or CISA certification
- Strong leadership ability with demonstrated cross‑functional influence
- Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable technical controls
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a regulated, audit‑driven environment
- Eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan
