** Work Schedule*
* This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

** Responsibilities*
* + Coordinate and manage Reverse Reference and HHS EDI Projects as well as LIS interface tasks

+ Develop and maintain project plans, identify and secure resources for implementation

+ Monitor project milestones and resources, ensuring timely delivery and escalating issues when necessary

+ Coordinate activities and ensure effective communication with project stakeholders

+ Track project schedules, report on progress, and take corrective action as needed

+ Manage, prioritize, and escalate all tasks associated with complex Health System/Client interface project implementations

+ Support efforts to improve project implementation turnaround time

+ Serve as Subject Matter Expert for an assigned vendor

+ Facilitate strategic and professional meetings using approved collaboration tools

+ Maintain high-quality project documentation within approved workflow and tracking systems

* + Associates degree

+ 3 or more years of experience in project management

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Bachelor's degree

+ Current or previous Labcorp experience

+ 5 or more years of experience working within a Healthcare IT environment

+ PMP certification

+ Direct project management experience in all phases of interface implementation - Workflow, Connectivity, Build, Test, Validation, Post Live Support

+ Working knowledge of risk management skills to include identification, escalation, and facilitation of mitigation/creative solutions
