- Support business analysis activities and requirements gathering for technology and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with business leaders, IT teams, development teams, testing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery
- Assist with documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Support technology solutions aligned with business and organizational objectives
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives
- Assist with project activities from requirements gathering through implementation
- Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Work on impactful projects and gain real-world experience supporting Labcorp’s healthcare innovation mission
- Gain exposure to requirements gathering, project delivery, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program
- Working towards a degree in Business Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Lucidchart for process and workflow mapping
- Familiarity with Smartsheet
- Experience with Jira is preferred
- Previous project management experience is preferred
- Interest in leveraging technology and emerging tools to improve business processes
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors, though all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills while supporting business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with project management principles and emerging technologies enhances the ability to contribute to impactful projects.
