This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.
Job Responsibilities- Own and cultivate strategic relationships between the BRM function and partners to stimulate demand and drive value.
- Develop deep domain knowledge of partner organizational functions and establish cross-functional relationships.
- Educate partners on the BRM purpose, emphasizing powerful communication and effective collaboration.
- Collaborate with leaders to evaluate and shape initiatives for strategic value.
- Focus on value creation over solutions, identifying new opportunities through industry trends.
- Monitor initiative progress, ensuring alignment with expectations and strategic objectives.
- Validate that organizational purpose supports desired results through business case development and financial awareness.
- Strategize with partners to create future roadmaps that converge organizational strategic direction into unified objectives.
- Collaborate actively in maturing the BRM discipline and developing best practices.
- Evolve BRM artifacts, including Strategic Relationship Plans, Value Plans, and other key documents.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 5 or more years of experience in roles involving direct interaction and high influence with senior leadership, both internal and external.
- Demonstrates the ability to rapidly build rapport and trust across all departments, creating alignment among disparate senior stakeholders to commit to key talent initiatives.
- Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification.
- 10 or more years of experience in roles involving direct interaction and high influence with senior leadership, both internal and external.
- Demonstrates the ability to rapidly build rapport and trust across all departments, creating alignment among disparate senior stakeholders to commit to key talent initiatives.
- 5 or more years of experience in commercial laboratory operations.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Displays strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions.
