Summary
The Supply Chain Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Director of Procurement to assist in overall inventory and vendor management within Supply Chain. They must also work through issues with inbound product deliveries or discrepancies to resolve problems quickly. This is a fast-paced position, that requires great attention to detail, time management and a hardworking individual who will be punctual and dependable.
Their work is in conjunction with the Warehouse Management System team, Supply Chain, Shipping & Receiving and Transportation.

PeopleProvide Daily Support to the Director of Procurement
AssistIT/ Operations with
Crunchtime Support Assist with negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain best in class agreements on behalf of the company
Assist restaurants with delivery schedule changes
Assist Accounting in vendor invoice discrepancies

StockIQInventory Management System - Accurately process Vendor orders in Solochain&Netsuite
- Reconcile Inbound Purchase Orders and submit to Accountingfor payment
- Process Credits and Returns from Restaurants and Vendors
- Stampli Codingfor non-DC stocked items
- Backfillfor processing restaurant orders
- Backfill for all Supply Chain Admins Back and update product in inventory, update restaurant view of products with new pricing
