Position Opportunity The Maintenance A/B (Maintenance tech A or

B) plays a critical role in supporting the maintenance, reliability, and efficiency of Alamance Foods' production operations. This position is responsible for first line of contact for performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of high-speed food and beverage manufacturing equipment.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities Execute preventive and predictive maintenance procedures on production and utility equipment

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.

Repair or replace defective components, including motors, belts, bearings, sensors, and control systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and basic automation equipment.

Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications

Accurately document maintenance activities in daily logs and Micro Main CMMS system

Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, OSHA, and Alamance Foods safety standards

Identify required replacement parts and maintain spare parts inventory

Coach others in troubleshooting, repair and PMs.Communicate with Production Line supervisor and Maintenance supervisor to prioritize When Down Due work.

Escalate DT issues greater than 30 min to Maintenance Supervisor.
