Aviation Engine Mechanic; Production​/MRO

Role

Manufacturing team member responsible for assembly, inspection, repair, and testing of aircraft engines.

• Support engine kitting and layout, assist in training associates, perform visual and quality checks to ensure traceability, and execute hands-on engine assembly and repair activities at a high skill level.

• High School Diploma or GED, FAA Certified Powerplant Maintenance License, with 3+ years in aviation manufacturing or maintenance (jet engine experience a plus). Skills include interpreting drawings, using hand tools, analyzing technical issues, understanding safety protocols, and proficiency with MES and ERP systems. Knowledge of FAA Part 145 regulations, inspection techniques, and troubleshooting is essential.

Manufacturing environment with physical activity such as standing, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating in a setting with typical aviation hazards. No travel required; overtime may be necessary.
