• Spring Group of Greensboro, North Carolina. The Well
• Spring Group is a not‑for‑profit organization whose mission is to provide aging‑adult services which create an experience that exceeds the needs of an evolving and diverse population of older adults. The Village at Brookwood offers a full continuum of care services for older adults, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.

Now Available:
Nurse (RN/LPN) PRN position for any shift in Health Care. You will:

• Provide all direct resident care and adhere to the principles of the Resident's Rights Policy.
• Interpret policies and procedures to nursing assistants, residents, families, and physicians.
• Communicate vital information to clinical team during shift changes.
• Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to Nursing Supervisor and initiating corrective action.
• Utilize and execute “The Nursing Process” which requires assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care.
• Perform and document comprehensive assessment of each resident.
• Order, administer, and document medications and treatments per the physician’s order and accurately record all care provided.
• Coach nursing assistants and recommend disciplinary action, when necessary, to the Director of Nursing.

Successful candidates will have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and be currently licensed as a RN/LPN in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.

Previous experience with geriatric residents is desirable.
